*HoodStock Music Fest is a charity event hosted by the Playa del Rio RV Resort and 100% of all revenues from the event go to benefit the Frank Brown Songwriters Foundation for Music. In the event of a rain out, there will be no refunds issued, there will be no guarantee of the same line-up for a new rain-date event date, and there will be no guarantee of the location or new date or time of year for rescheduling in the event of bad weather. All passes will be valid for new rain date.

*No tents or umbrellas are allowed to enter the property. BYOB and your own folding chairs. Coolers are welcome. There will be 100 front row seats (first 3 rows) for VIP Passes.

*There will be raffle tickets available for $1 each -or- 25 tickets for $20. Over $5k in awesome stuff will be given away throughout the day during stage changeovers on the hour as supplies last.

*There will be a silent auction with great items such as a Martin Guitar, a Playa del Rio Week Vacation, an autographed 2020 Frank Brown Art Poster framed, an autographed HoodStock Art Poster, a 3-hour Sandy Roots Studio Recording Session, an Autographed Guitar signed by all HoodStock performers, an Abe Partridge original art painted Fiddle, a Soul Strings original art bracelet created by Cynthia Adams (for a man or woman), a Private 3-hour House Party Concert with Christina Christian, a Playa del Rio HoodStock 2022 VIP Getaway that will include an RV Site for 4-nights and TEN (10) VIP Passes, and a couple of surprise items to be announced. The silent auction tent will close at 10:00 on Saturday. It will not be open on Friday.
